girl talk 3

Girl Talk was fucking dope, as predicted. M reckoned his performance was über democratic because of all the people crowded onto the stage, and because GT, for all his thrashing and showmanship, wasn't the sole object of attention. It was a drunken observation, but a good one.

There was great and unexpected support from USA punk/rock/DC/cheerleader group Partyline, though it looked like Kiosk's Jack doing drumming duties (can anyone confirm that?). They're supporting Spider Vomit tonight, but I'm too knackered and busy to go.

Finally got my hands on GT's latest album, Night Ripper. More brilliance.

For the first time in a while, I had a really good night –- even when M went to sniff the Radox bath salts that C bought from a guy out the front of Hungry Jacks on Chapel Street at 2am.

Thanks to all that came.

On another tangent, how bloody hard is Super Gem Fighter?

yes that was jack - though partyline was drunk on passion pop... they're kinda catchy but only in a repetitive , all-songs-sound-the-same sort of way.
